Abilities Housing Services offers housing services in Dubbo. Our success is based on years of experience ensuring our buildings are accessible, safe, functional, and engaging for our tenants. We don’t provide support services, giving you the independence to choose your provider. Shared houses must use the same provider, but a simple household vote allows for change. Our motto is life-changing housing’, meaning we’re all about improving your quality of life and creating great places to live.

Orange Disability Housing
Abilities Housing Services are the experts in Orange at providing homes designed specifically to suit the needs of people with disability. With several houses across the Central West and plans for many more to be built, we’re well positioned to provide prime locations, unique facilities, choice around levels of independence and a focus on improving the quality of life for tenants. Safety and security are also very important considerations in our builds.
What type of disability housing is offered in Orange?
We cater for a wide range of disabilities, if you’re unsure don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. Some examples of what our housing is suitable for include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Individualised Living Options (ILO) all on both short and long-term agreements. Since we don’t provide disability services directly tenants can pick their own disability services provider. In the case of a shared house, changing organisations is an easy democratic vote between tenants.

Abilities Housing Services is excited to bring our industry-leading knowledge of building needs-based, safe and welcoming disability housing to one of Regional NSW’s most famous cities, Bathurst.
